You can request deletion of your AI Teacherly account and associated personal information. We will verify the request, process it within 30 days where legally permitted, and send confirmation to the verified account email.
What may be deleted
Account profile information, child display information, learning history, progress, practice data, uploaded content, and other personal information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified, subject to information we must retain by law or for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Submit a request
Email privacy@aiteacherly.comwith the account email address and, if applicable, the parent or guardian relationship. Please do not include a child's unnecessary sensitive information in the email.
Deletion may be permanent and cannot be undone. If you use AI Teacherly through a school, your school administrator may need to submit or confirm the request under the applicable school agreement.
